Refunds/Exchanges

We hope that you love your purchase from us! If a return is needed, we accept unworn, unwashed merchandise for return or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We incur a $7 handling fee on all refunds.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Items not eligible for return or exchange include stickers and hats.

Damaged Orders

If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email info@abideco.online with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

Stolen/Missing Packages

Abide Co. is not responsible for packages once the order is marked received from the carrier.
